Support and legal surface

Privacy policy for the current NOETRON public shell.

This policy explains what data the rebuild-phase shell collects, how it is used, and what happens when you submit an inquiry or request updates from NOETRON.

Current shell posture

The canonical public shell does not currently operate a public account system or public self-serve checkout. This policy therefore focuses on inquiry intake, updates-list capture, operational telemetry, and basic hosting or security records. If a future paid or account-based surface launches, that route may publish additional privacy notices.

1. Data we collect

Category Examples Why it is collected
Updates-list capture Email address and submission metadata from the canonical updates form. To keep a record of visitors who ask to hear about future NOETRON releases.
Company inquiry data Name, work email, company, role, message, selected inquiry type, and related request metadata. To review serious company inquiries and route them through NOETRON operating queues.
Operational telemetry Page path, browser session identifiers, referrer data, timestamps, and basic interaction telemetry. To monitor the rebuild-phase shell, understand public usage, and improve operational reliability.
Hosting and security logs IP address, request headers, and server logs generated by hosting or security infrastructure. To operate the site, detect abuse, and maintain availability.

2. How information is used

3. Where information may go

Data submitted through the shell may be processed or stored by hosting and infrastructure providers used to run NOETRON. Based on the current code and infrastructure, this includes hosting and deployment systems, analytics or telemetry infrastructure, internal data stores, and internal NOETRON queues used for inquiry handling.

Where reasonably necessary for shell operation, inquiry data may be forwarded to internal NOETRON endpoints or storage layers. NOETRON does not treat this shell as a public marketplace for reselling visitor data.

4. Cookies, storage, and measurement

The public shell uses browser storage and measurement scripts to operate and observe the site. This may include session identifiers, local preference values, and first-party telemetry events. Details about browser-side storage and measurement posture are summarized in the Cookie Policy.

5. Retention

NOETRON keeps submitted inquiry data and updates-list requests only as long as reasonably needed for review, operational records, or legitimate business and security purposes. Retention periods may change as the shell evolves, as infrastructure changes, or as legal obligations apply.

6. Your choices and requests

You may ask NOETRON to review, correct, or delete inquiry information you previously submitted, subject to legal, security, and record-keeping constraints. If you no longer want updates, you may also ask to be removed from NOETRON's updates list.

NOETRON will evaluate privacy requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security and limits

NOETRON uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures for the current shell posture, but no public website or internet transmission is perfectly secure. Do not submit highly sensitive, regulated, or privileged material through the public shell unless NOETRON explicitly asks for it through a controlled path.

8. Changes and contact

This privacy policy may change as the shell, inquiry flow, or future approved NOETRON surfaces change. The version posted here is the governing version for the current shell.

If you have a privacy question or want to make a data request, use the canonical company contact route or email the general company inbox.
