The public root, contact route, and legal pages are active and governed by the intranet-defined company posture.
These terms govern your use of noetron.ai, the current company shell, its support routes, its update capture paths, and its inquiry forms. They do not authorize broader public claims than the public shell itself makes.
No canonical public paid NOETRON product surface is active today. The public shell currently supports company definition, rebuild updates, and inquiry intake. If a future paid or pilot surface is activated, that route may publish additional order-specific terms, checkout disclosures, or service conditions.
By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms apply to the public shell, the contact route, the legal/support routes, and any public updates or inquiry forms currently exposed on the NOETRON domain. If a future NOETRON product, pilot, or contract surface is launched, its published terms or written order documents will control where they conflict with this page.
The public NOETRON shell is in a rebuild phase. Its current function is limited to describing the company, collecting update requests, receiving company inquiries, and publishing core legal/support information.
You may use the site only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with NOETRON operations or misrepresent the company.
NOETRON uses software, automation, and AI systems across its operations. Content presented on the shell or later generated through any approved NOETRON surface may be incomplete, evolving, or subject to operator review.
Nothing on this shell is legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information from NOETRON.
Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy. By using the shell, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there, including inquiry data, update-list requests, operational telemetry, and hosting or security logs reasonably needed to operate the shell.
Unless otherwise stated, the NOETRON name, branding, public-shell copy, software, and site materials are owned by NOETRON LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
You may view and use the shell for normal business evaluation and inquiry purposes. You may not copy the site into a competing public product, imply NOETRON endorsement where none exists, or redistribute protected materials beyond fair use and applicable law.
If a paid pilot or future product surface is activated, the specific checkout page, statement of work, order form, or contract shown at that time will govern delivery timing, fees, support boundaries, and any route-specific refund posture.
Until then, no visitor should treat this shell as an always-on public catalog or standing offer to deliver a named digital product on demand.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. NOETRON does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any inquiry will result in a business relationship.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NOETRON LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the shell. If liability is imposed despite the preceding sentence, NOETRON's aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid directly to NOETRON for the specific affected public-shell transaction, whichever is greater.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact NOETRON through the company contact path and allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution.
NOETRON may update these terms as the public shell changes, as new approved surfaces go live, or as legal requirements change. The updated version becomes effective when posted here.
